Know who’s ready.
Know what to coach.
Turn your sales playbook into focused lessons, realistic AI practice and clear readiness checks. Give reps a consistent way to improve—and managers a specific place to coach.
One system. From knowing the script to handling the call.
A custom sales LMS, AI roleplay and an approved knowledge base, connected around the way your team sells.
Teach your sales playbook.
Give new reps a clear path through your scripts, lessons and videos. Move them to advanced training when they can demonstrate the skills.
See the LMSPractise the hard conversations.
Give reps a place to practise real sales conversations with an AI prospect. Feedback points to moments in the transcript and specific coaching opportunities.
See the roleplay AIKeep answers consistent.
Give your team answers grounded in approved policies and product information, with citations. Gaps go to a person for review.
See the knowledge baseCatch risky promises in practice.
A strong sales pitch can still cross a line. KLR checks practice transcripts against the rules your team approves. A critical flag fails the attempt, so managers can review the moment and coach it before a customer hears it.
…honestly, I'm sure we can be a little flexible on the fee for you…
Your playbook to a working pilot.
Start with one sales motion, agree on what good looks like, and test it with your reps. The plan below is a typical four-week rollout; we confirm timing with your scope.
Working session
Your tracks, your channels, your jurisdictions, and how you decide today that a rep is ready to work alone. We leave with your forbidden sentences.
Build
Your script digitised beat by beat. Rubric per track. Compliance rules written with your counsel. Personas, objections and Level 5 scenarios. Your Foundations course and first knowledge collection.
Pilot
Voice tests with your reps on your phones. Five reps use it for a week without being asked. That is the real go/no-go.
Launch and tune
Certification mapped to a staffing decision, in writing. Then you change pass marks, rules and tracks yourself. No ticket.
Your training. Your access rules.
Team-scoped permissions, private recordings and configurable retention.
A few things you might be wondering.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
You’ll speak with Anthony about where training gets stuck: getting new reps ready, keeping practice consistent or knowing what to coach. We’ll discuss how KLR could fit your process, answer your questions about scope and pricing, and decide whether a closer look makes sense. No deck, script or preparation is needed.
How much does KLR cost?
Pricing is scoped to your team size, sales motions, content and rollout requirements. On the first call, we discuss what you need so we can define a clear scope and quote before you commit to a build.
Is this off-the-shelf software or a custom build?
Both. The platform is one codebase, multi-tenant and tested. What is custom is everything that matters to your floor: tracks, script, rubric weights, compliance rules, personas, courses and pass marks. All of it is data in your tenant, so we build it with you in weeks one to three and you change it yourself after launch.
Does the roleplay work over the phone?
Yes. Phone tracks ring the rep's actual handset. A browser simulation of a phone call trains the wrong reflexes. In-person motions use an open mic in the browser, and written channels use text roleplay.
Who writes the compliance rules?
You and your counsel, from our template, in a session we run. The gate does not certify anyone until your reviewer has signed the rules off. We supply training-design software, not legal advice.
Will reps actually use it?
That is the go/no-go in week three: five reps use it for a week without being asked. There are no points, streaks or leaderboards by default, because a floor that decides the tool is a game stops opening it. Failure stays between the rep, their manager and the bot.
Can we bring our own LMS content?
Yes. Lessons are markdown and video, so existing decks and recordings move over quickly. We deliberately do not support SCORM packages, quizzes or PDF certificates; recite mode is the quiz and certification is the credential.
Where does your team need the most support?
Getting new reps ready? Making practice consistent? Knowing what to coach? Let’s talk through your priority and whether KLR is a useful next step.
