New-hire ramp

Day one to cleared.

Today a new rep shadows for a week and learns by burning real prospects. Here they burn simulated ones first, and you know, not guess, when they are ready to be out alone. Median time to first certification is the metric to hold us to.

StageWhat the rep facesWhat it means on the floor
Day 1Sign in. Foundations course. Learn the script beat by beat and recite it at 85% intent match. In training.
Levels 1–2Receptive and Busy prospects. One to two objections.Shadow only.
Level 3Skeptical. Wants proof and remembers what you said.Cleared with a partner
Level 4Resistant. Hostile open, interrupts. Advanced courses unlock.Cleared to work alone
Level 5Expert Buyer. Compliance baits live.Cleared for pricing and commitment conversations

The mapping from level to real-world authorisation is a proposal, argued out in onboarding. If 80% of the floor clears Level 5 in a month, the bar is set wrong.

The readiness gate

How we decide someone is ready, and why it is not arbitrary.

An auto-fail does not just cost one attempt. It sits in the trailing window and blocks the level until three clean runs push it out. The level can re-lock. Every branch below is enforced in the database and covered by a test.

How we build it

A typical four-week rollout, scoped with your team.

01Week 1 · Tenant

Working session and setup

Your org, your sign-in provider, your team tree. Test as owner, manager, rep, and an unknown domain. We leave the first session with your tracks and your forbidden sentences.

02Weeks 1–3 · Content

Build

Tracks and channels. Rubric per track. Compliance rules per jurisdiction, written with your reviewer and signed off. Objection bank, personas, Level 5 scenarios. Foundations course and first knowledge collection.

03Week 3 · Validation

Pilot

Voice tests with your reps on your phones. Level 5 bait wording read by your reviewer. Five reps use it for a week without being asked.

04Week 4 · Launch

Launch and tune

Certification-to-authorisation mapping agreed and written down. Retention scheduled. Weekly check-in for the first month, then the controls are yours.

Before the first session

Questions we will ask you.

Who owns the content?

A salesperson, not a trainer. Someone who can say what the line is for, not just what it is.

Do you have a script today?

Even a bad one. We digitise what you have and annotate every beat with its job.

Which jurisdictions and languages?

Rules are per jurisdiction. Personas and scoring run in the languages your tracks declare.

What is the forbidden sentence?

There is always at least one. Bring whoever owns compliance.

Will you sign the culture agreement?

Scores are for coaching. No public bottom-of-the-board. Regression is private. We ask for this explicitly before launch.
